KY IPTV does not select, curate or guarantee the availability of any specific channel or content. Channel availability depends entirely on the upstream providers. KY IPTV makes no warranties regarding the legality of any particular stream in any particular territory — it is the subscriber's sole responsibility to verify this.

KY IPTV reserves the right to permanently terminate any account associated with confirmed, repeated abuse of intellectual property rights. Termination is immediate and no refund is issued.
